Africa Interactive Map PowerPoint

Students used their extended skills of Microsoft PowerPoint to create a 10+-slide PowerPoint presentation that includes an interactive Africa map, which hops to and from slides about the geographic regions (Sahara Desert, savanna, rain forest, and Mediterranean), African empires (Ghana, Mali, and Songhai), the Niger River, the trans-Saharan trade network, African griots and oral traditions (storytelling), and more!
