Visual Ruminations - Edmodo Journaling

What do YOU see in this image?  That is what students are basically asked each day as they enter Room A-4.  Using Edmodo, our online classroom, students write daily journals ruminating on visually-stimulating images.  Sometimes they are asked to begin, continue or end the "narrative" they see in an image.  Most other times, students choose a question(s) to answer from a list of reflection questions.  Here are some examples:
