AVID Field Trip to UCSB & Westmont College

AVID students enjoyed a field trip to Santa Barbara today to visit two college campuses.  Students were encouraged to compare and contrast UCSB (a large university campus) and Westmont College (a small private college) as they took guided tours around campus by current students.  Students also enjoyed visiting the UCSB bookstore and lunch and recreation at Goleta Beach playing volleyball, eating lunch, and enjoying the beautiful scenery.  What a fantastic day!
